1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement" or "these Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "You") and 57pk (hereinafter referred to as "57pk", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), accessible at https://57pk.cam.

By accessing the 57pk website, registering an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, placing a bet or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and all applicable rules, policies and guidelines published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the 57pk platform and close your account if one has been created.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

3. Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with 57pk, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. 57pk reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
• Legal Capacity: You must be a natural person of full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Jurisdiction: You must access the platform only from jurisdictions where doing so does not violate applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify this.
• Single Account: You may hold only one Account at 57pk. Multiple accounts — whether registered under the same name, payment method, device, IP address or household — are strictly prohibited.
• Own Behalf: You must register and operate your Account solely on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative or proxy for any third party.
• Accurate Information: All registration details provided must be truthful, accurate and current. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement at 57pk or any affiliated platform.

4. Account Registration & Verification

Upon registration, you will be required to provide personal information including your full legal name (matching your CNIC or other accepted identity document), date of birth, email address, mobile number and any other details requested during the registration process. This information must be accurate and kept current at all times.

4.1 KYC Verification

57pk operates a mandatory KYC process. Prior to approving any withdrawal request, and at any point during your use of the platform where 57pk deems it appropriate, you will be required to submit satisfactory identity verification documentation. Acceptable documents typically include a valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or other government-issued photo identification, together with proof of address or proof of payment method ownership where required.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 57pk will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

4.3 Account Dormancy

Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to dormancy procedures in accordance with applicable regulations. 57pk will communicate dormancy status and any applicable administrative fees in advance by email to the registered address.

5. Terms of Use

Your use of the 57pk platform is subject to the following behavioural and operational conditions:

5.1 Permitted Use

• The platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. Commercial use, including systematic arbitrage strategies intended to exploit promotional offers, is prohibited.
• You must not use automated tools, bots, scripts or any non-human mechanism to interact with the platform.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy or reproduce any part of the platform's content or code.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Use of the platform for money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or glitches. Winnings obtained through known errors may be voided.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent responsible gambling limits, self-exclusion restrictions or bonus eligibility rules.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Transferring funds between player accounts or facilitating such transfers.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Deposits to your 57pk Account must be made from a payment source held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will result in the reversal of funds and possible Account suspension. Payment methods available at any given time are displayed within the platform Cashier. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are for user familiarity only and do not imply endorsement of or affiliation with gambling by those institutions.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply to each payment method and are displayed within the Cashier. 57pk reserves the right to decline or reverse deposits that do not meet applicable verification requirements.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once your Account has passed full KYC verification. The withdrawal destination must match the name on your 57pk Account. 57pk does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing timelines; processing times depend on the chosen payment method, verification status and operational review requirements. Applicable minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the Cashier at the time of the request.

• Withdrawals involving active bonus funds will not be processed until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• 57pk reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Suspected fraudulent withdrawal requests will be escalated to our compliance team and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

57pk may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback promotions, reload offers, birthday rewards and referral credits from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms in addition to the general bonus conditions set out below.

• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses carry a wagering (rollover) requirement. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered the stated multiple of their value in eligible bets before they become withdrawable. Refer to each individual offer for the applicable multiplier.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While bonus funds are active, a maximum eligible bet limit applies per bet. Placing bets exceeding this limit may void the bonus and any winnings associated with it. The applicable limit is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are outlined in each promotion's terms. Excluded games may be specified.
• Expiry: Bonuses expire within the period stated in the promotion's terms from the date of credit. Unmet rollover requirements at expiry result in forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain bonuses impose a maximum withdrawal cap on winnings generated from bonus funds. The applicable cap is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Abuse Prevention: 57pk reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings where there is evidence of promotional abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts, exploiting arbitrage strategies or manipulating deposit methods to qualify fraudulently for offers.
• Right to Modify: 57pk reserves the right to alter, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Modifications do not affect bonuses already accepted and actively being played through.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on 57pk are subject to the specific market rules applicable to the event in question. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the ruling of 57pk's trading team is final. 57pk does not claim any official affiliation with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Pakistan Super League (PSL), International Cricket Council (ICC) or any sports governing body. References to these organisations are for contextual sporting purposes only.

8.2 Casino & Live Games

Casino games operated through third-party providers are subject to the rules published by the respective provider. RTP (Return to Player) percentages, where displayed, are certified by the game provider or independently audited, and represent long-term statistical averages — they do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

8.3 Bet Cancellation and Voidance

57pk reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: clearly erroneous odds published due to technical failure, events cancelled or materially altered prior to completion, market suspension arising from suspicious betting patterns or evidence of match irregularity, and technical malfunctions affecting game outcomes. In the event of voidance, the original stake amount is returned to the Account.

8.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and game types. Applicable limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet or launching a game. 57pk reserves the right to impose additional stake restrictions on individual accounts at its sole discretion.

9. Responsible Gambling

57pk is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The following tools are available to all registered players and may be activated at any time through account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Limits on the total amount you may lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts notifying you of elapsed session time.
• Cool-Off Period: A temporary restriction on Account access, typically ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: A longer-term or permanent restriction on Account access for players who determine they need to take a break from gambling. Self-exclusion requests are processed without penalty to your Account standing.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 57pk platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and the overall design and compilation thereof — is the property of 57pk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any part of the platform without express prior written consent from 57pk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 57pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure.

57pk does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Planned and emergency maintenance windows may result in temporary service unavailability. 57pk accepts no liability for losses attributable to technical failures outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits 57pk's liability in circumstances where such limitation is prohibited by applicable mandatory law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12. Suspension & Termination

57pk reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or void any balance or winnings therein, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any platform policy.
• Registration of or access from a restricted jurisdiction where 57pk has determined it cannot lawfully operate.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive or criminal activity.
• Suspected bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a financial institution.
• Detection of multiple Accounts registered by the same individual.

Where an Account is closed other than for breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Account holder via an available payment method, subject to outstanding verification and compliance requirements being satisfied.

13. Amendments to These Terms

57pk reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users via email to the registered address or via a prominent notification on the platform. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request Account closure.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 57pk holds its operational licence. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights under any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your own jurisdiction.

We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, further resolution mechanisms may be available as outlined in the operator's licence conditions.
